Choose the delivery model around the school

September 11, 2026

Agree on what is being delivered

Under BEM’s CPL model, the client pays for qualified student inquiries. Under its CPC model, the client pays for validated visitors delivered to the agreed destination. These are different deliverables, and the campaign’s reporting should reflect that distinction.

Hosted forms

In the Hosted model, BEM hosts a client-approved inquiry form on behalf of the school. The form captures prospect information and client-approved consent, then delivers qualifying inquiries to the client’s CRM in the required format. BEM builds these forms without a separate form-build fee and can update them as needed.

Linkout experiences

In the Linkout model, BEM gathers prospective-student criteria on an owned-and-operated property and filters traffic against the client’s requirements. Eligible visitors continue to a client-hosted form or website. The school controls data capture and reports valid inquiries to BEM.

Plan for measurement

Choose the delivery arrangement together with a practical reporting path. Client-reported downstream outcomes can help connect acquisition to the student journey over time. BEM’s technology operates behind the scenes; the school does not need to buy BEM software or replace its existing platform.
